Code of Conduct for Students
A. Behaviour
– Begin and end every interaction with “Assalamu Alaikum.”
– Show respect to teachers, elders, and classmates.
– Avoid rude language, teasing, gossiping, or fighting.
– Speak politely, truthfully, and with good manners.
– Be attentive during class and complete all assigned work.
B. Dress & Appearance
– Dress modestly and neatly according to Islamic guidelines.
– Clothes must be clean, comfortable, and appropriate for learning.
– Avoid tight or flashy clothing and inappropriate logos or designs.
For Girls:
– Hijab (headscarf) is highly encouraged and should be worn modestly.
– Clothing should be loose-fitting and Islamically appropriate.
– No makeup, nail polish, or artificial nails are allowed.
– No perfume, strong scents, or flashy jewelry.
– Hair should be neatly tied or covered in a simple, modest way.
For Boys:
– Hair must be neat and moderate in length.
– No extreme hairstyles, designs, or dyed hair.
– Clothes must be neat and Islamically acceptable.
Islamic Learning & Practices
– Classes will begin with “Bismillah” and end with “Alhamdulillah.”
– Students are encouraged to read and understand the Qur’an.
– Islamic manners (Akhlaq) and respect are to be practiced at all times.
– Participation in Islamic discussions, activities, and events is required.
Rules for Teachers & Staff
A. Conduct & Ethics
– Teachers are role models in appearance, manners, and faith.
– Treat every student with patience, kindness, and fairness.
– Avoid favoritism, harshness, or disrespectful speech.
– Begin and end every class with remembrance of Allah.
– Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
– Respect the privacy of all students and staff — personal information, conversations, and
records must be kept strictly confidential and not shared without permission.
– All student and teacher data or personal information will be securely maintained by the
administrative staff, and used only for official purposes.
– In case of any problem or concern faced by a student, a Parent–Teacher Meeting will be
arranged to address the issue with care, understanding, and confidentiality.
– If any misconduct or unprofessional behavior from a teacher or staff member is found,
the individual will be required to write a formal apology letter and take corrective action as
directed by the administration.
B. Dress & Appearance
– Modest Islamic dress code is required for all staff.
– Female teachers should avoid makeup, perfume, or decorative jewelry.
– Male teachers should dress neatly and avoid tight or flashy clothing.
– Cleanliness and dignity in appearance are mandatory.
Fee Policy
– Tuition Fees must be paid on or before the due date each term or month.
– Late payments may include a small administrative charge.
– Admission and registration fees are non-refundable.
– Tuition refunds may be considered only in valid cases (relocation, illness).
– Merit-based or need-based discounts may be offered with approval.
– All payments must be made through official channels with receipts provided.
