Noor ul Huda (UK) – Saturday Madrasa
Fee & Term Date Policy
1. Academic Term Dates (Saturdays Only)
The Madrasa follows a three-term structure. Classes are held every Saturday during the following periods:
– Autumn Term (September to December):
Classes begin on the first Saturday of September and run until the final Saturday before the Winter/Christmas break in December.
– Spring Term (January to March):
Classes resume on the first Saturday of January and conclude on the last Saturday of March (prior to the Ramadan/Easter break).
– Summer Term (April to July):
Classes resume in April and conclude on the second or third Saturday of July (before the Summer school holidays).
2. Fee Structure (Hadiya)
As a Saturday-only Madrasa, fees are calculated to support the weekend facility and teaching staff.
– Registration Fee: may applicable
– Monthly Fee: £ 25 per student, payable on the first Saturday of every month.
– Termly Payment Option: Parents may choose to pay for the full term (approx. 12–14 Saturdays) in advance to receive discount
– Sibling Discount: A discount is applied for the second and third child from the same household.
3. Attendance & Absence Policy
– Consistency: Since classes only occur once a week, regular attendance is vital.
– No Refunds for Absence: Fees remain payable in full even if a student misses a Saturday due to illness, family events, or travel.
– Notice Period: To withdraw a student, 4 weeks’ notice (4 Saturdays) must be given in writing.
4. Punctuality & Pick-up
– Drop-off: Students must arrive 5–10 minutes before the session starts to ensure lessons begin on time.
– Late Pick-up: As the building is often rented or shared, parents must be punctual for pick-up.
5. Holiday Closures
– The Madrasa will be closed on Saturdays falling within the Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha weekends.
– Any changes to the Saturday schedule due to bank holidays or building maintenance will be communicated via the Parents’ WhatsApp Group.
